Saying goodbye to burnout.

I was trained to look carefully at my energy levels. Trained to watch out for symptoms, to avoid ending up there again. There in that painful realm of Burnout. I became obsessed with checking on my body, observing every movement, every symptom, I became obsessed with controlling what was going on.

When symptoms arose that looked similar to the ones I had back then the alarm system went on. You know one of those systems that vibrates, screams and penetrates everything, wanting you to wake up so that you can leave the building.

So, what did I do? I told people about it. I said, - I am there again, it is back. I told it to me, I told it to everybody. And I said -I will be sensitive due to this forever. Fragile due to this forever. Cities make me tired forever.

I lied.

I can handle stress. My body is strong. I live and am well in the city. If I feel tired I rest or exercise. If I feel overwhelm I embrace myself. If I need a break I take it. I take care of what is going on, now. Lovingly. Easefully. It makes it so easy. So simple. So much more pleasant.

I needed support for this. I was obsessed and needed support to rest with my obsession.

I needed support to strengthen my body. Needed support to let fears fly wild. Because I was so afraid. So very, very extremely afraid.

And now, I let my burnout from back then rest in peace.

Are you willing to do the same? Are you willing to focus on what is going on now and let the symptoms and situations from the past rest in peace? To not even go there?

It is such a relief to focus on what is going on now. To not constantly hold on to something in the past. To not constantly check in and control what is going on. I know it can be difficult because the fear can feel so overwhelming. The memories from the past can feel so real.

But it doesn’t need to be difficult. It can be easeful, simple, one moment at a time. We can live a life where we focus on what is going on now. Where we are at ease and take care of ourselves, now. From relaxation. Even from joy. And it is possible. Absolutely possible. And the healing power of the body is always on. And there are remedies that are amazing and support the body and its functions.

We can take one step at a time and focus on a solution now. Simply. Simple. And easeful.

Being obsessed is fine. There is nothing wrong with that. But being at ease is so much more pleasant.

I could not do it alone. But I did it with support.

So let’s say goodbye to Burnout. Let’s let it rest in peace.

Let’s do it together.

Goodbye Burnout.

Bye, bye.

Hello ease.
