Taking care of our health can be easeful.

Taking care of our health can be easeful. Restful. One step at a time. Without effort. Without striving. Without fighting.

Does it sound too simple to be true?

It isn’t. In my experience it is absolutely possible. And the opposite, striving and fighting and efforting is so much work. And so unnecessary.

Health is innate to us. It really, definitely is. It is already here.

I often share the example of cutting our finger. How immediately the healing is on. Within no time the body goes there and takes care. It knows exactly what to do. That healing process is always on. It is built in. Like a built in majestic program that never stops. Helping that process, helping that healing process is what we can do. And that is immensely beautiful.

The body always has things going on. I have never met anyone who doesn’t have things occurring, symptoms, things going on. The body is vivid and will always be. I have worked with so many people from all over the world and each person has symptoms, each person has things going on. And so do I. Of course.

So what do I do? I take care of it. Take care of what is here now. With loving kindness. And I rest with fears, rest with hopes, rest with everything that comes up. That is key to me. Because so often we don’t struggle only due to physical overwhelm, we struggle due to focusing on fears, on hopes, on comparison,

-What will this mean for the future? What have I done wrong? If I feel like this now, how will I be able to do what I have planned?

Do you recognize that? I do. And letting that be and simply taking care of what is going on now is such a relief. So precious.

I work with powerful and precious tools that have worked for me. I was severely ill, now I am severely well. My body is strong. So to me anything is possible. Anything. There are things that might not be cured, but we can always increase life quality, always increase wellbeing and we can lovingly prevent. And most importantly, we can enjoy life with our body. We can live in harmony with our body and its display whatever is going on. We can spend every day of our lives in loving and joyful interaction with ourselves and our body. That is possible. Immensely possible.

When I look at the human body, its functions, its movement, its systems, its flowing warm energy, I am in awe. And helping it, taking care of it, dancing with it is so precious.

Taking care of what needs to be embraced, now, is easeful. And with support it is so much easier.

I have a health coach myself. Who I can touch in with if something comes up. Does that mean that I don’t know how to take care of myself? No. It means that I make it easier. And loving kind.

I wish that for you too.
